Spring is just around the corner… Finally! So, if you’re like me, you’ve been dying to get that grill fired up (and maybe already have on any semi-nice day you’ve been graced with). You can never go wrong with the classic grilling go-tos: Burgers, Hot Dogs, Steaks… but if you’re looking to liven up your grilling routine with some new ideas, I’ve brought together some great grilling recipes in this post!
Bison Sirloin Steak with Balsamic Honey Glaze – This wonderful glaze will add amazing flavor to your bison steak after you take it off the grill. Top it off with buttered onions, and you’ve got a restaurant quality steak, fresh off your own grill!
Grilled Bison Pizza – Top your next pizza with a little ground bison, onion and basil for a great treat – but better yet, cook that pizza on the grill! This recipe is great for hot summer days when you’re craving a good pizza, but just don’t want to turn on the oven!
Fiesta Bison Hot Dog – Nothing says grilling, like a big, juicy hot dog. Our Bison Franks are gluten free with no MSG and no added nitrates or nitrites! Consider topping it with our guacamole mixture for a spicy, flavorful kick!
Bison Kabobs – Kabobs are a great way to freshen up your grilling routine. This recipe uses a great, citrus infused marinade that is sure to delight!
Bison NY Strips with Lemon & Rosemary Marinade – A great steak with a twist. With this marinade, you actually dip the steaks in the marinade AFTER you take them off the grill. This lets the steaks absorb and hold on to the flavor better.
Herb Crusted Filet Mignon – While care needs to be taken when cooking the petite filet mignon, so as to not overcook, this steak is so flavorful that it doesn’t need a lot of help in the spice department. However, if you’re looking for a burst of flavor on your next filet, consider this herb crusted recipe!
Spicy Bison Burger – You can never go wrong with a classic burger hot off the grill, topped with your favorite ingredients. But, if you’re looking for new flavor combinations for your next bison burger, consider the Spicy Bison Burger.
What’s your favorite grilling food or recipe in the spring/summertime?
