Classic Bison RibeyeOf course, we have our Classic Bison Ribeye. This is the cut we carried when we first opened our virtual doors and sent out our first orders back in 2011. This is a large 12 oz. steak that has all the tenderness and flavor of the ribeye that you love.
You won't find a bone in our classic cut, just 12 ounces of delicious red meat.
Bone-In Bison RibeyeHowever, we heard you loud and clear as we got plenty of phone calls and emails over the years asking what options we had for bone-in bison meat and decided simply offering our tasty Bison Short Ribs was not enough... we had to have a bone-in bison steak option.
So this is where the Bone-In Bison Ribeye comes in. Weighing in at 14 oz, this Ribeye Steak boasts the extra flavor that cooking on the bone acquires. Also known as a Tomahawk Steak or Cowboy Steak, this cut of ribeye is a real treat.
